My name is Laura. I am an illustrator and watercolorist known for my soft, analogue style. Born in Puerto Plata, my family moved to Germany before I found my creative home in Dublin, Ireland, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts and developed my love for watercolour.
In a continuously more digital world, there is something especially inviting about sticking to the old ways of illustration: pen, water and color on paper. For me, every illustration, from greeting cards to books, begins just like that.
My work is deeply inspired by the natural world, the home and our ever-changing seasons.
